Spring migration of Iranian nomads

Every year in late April or early May, nomads in central Iran migrate from their winter pastures to their summer pastures in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. Bakhtiaris are one of the largest nomadic tribes in Iran. (IRNA photos published May 13, 2023/Ahmad Riahi Dekkordi)
